My name is Adam Hobson and I started my real estate career with $1,000 and zero experience. My First Deal
This was my very first deal that I closed in November of 2018. I got a call from a sign I put out at an intersection. The owner called me and I was able to put it under contract and sell to an investor within 30 days. I made $5,000 on my first deal. That was all the proof I needed that wholesaling works!

$10K Wholesale Deal
This was my 6th deal that I closed in 2019 and I was able to wholesale this house and make a $10,000 assignment fee. I found the deal, put it under contract, and told my cash buyers about it. 30 days later I was holding a check for $10,000.

$18K Wholesale Deal
This was deal number 8 for me and the first deal that I made over $10K. I wholesaled this house and made an $18,000 assignment fee. This is the deal that helped me scale my business into what it is today because I could see the amount of money that can be made in real estate.
